Job interviews and assessment centers are still employers' preferred method of assessing candidates. Just like anything else, it is a skill and no matter how suitable you are, if you are unable to interview well, the job will go to someone who does.

 

I have interviewed over 6,000 candidates for various roles and took part in hundreds of assessment centres at PwC, EY, HM Treasury, Ministry of Justice, Jaguar Land Rover, London Stock Exchange, TATA Steel and more. I've worked across various sectors ranging from public sector to financial services, automotive, engineering, media, telecoms and more. I have lectured employability at Kingston University, London Met and the University of East London. I know what makes a strong candidate (so well that I'm writing a book about it).  If you have an interview coming up, I can help you prepare yourself, figure out possible questions they are likely to ask and find examples in your career that demonstrate that you possess the required competencies and strengths. I can help you with competency-, strengths-, scenario-based and motivational questions. I can help with both face-to-face and virtual assessment centres. After the initial session, we can book another one for your mock interview after which I will assess you like I would if I were interviewing you for a real job. You will get detailed feedback, learn what went well and what needs working on.

Cost:

£150 per hour paid in advance of the session. The session will be conducted via Zoom.
